In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering a sabet Account or by continuing to use the sabet Platform after any amendment to these Terms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with sabet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Underage Gambling Notice: Allowing or facilitating underage access to the sabet Platform is a serious violation. sabet reserves the right to report such incidents to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities. Winnings generated by underage players are void and forfeited.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one sabet Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your account. sabet reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading registration information is provided.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). sabet is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of players. You agree to provide such documentation as sabet may request — including but not limited to a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and a selfie for comparison — within the timeframe specified by sabet.
4.4 Account Ownership. Your sabet Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any balance contained within it to any third party.
4.5 Registration Completion. sabet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sabet Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person.
5.2 You agree to notify sabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your sabet Account. sabet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
5.3 sabet recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your sabet Account that is not used for any other online service. You should enable two-factor SMS authentication, which is available through your sabet account settings.
5.4 sabet will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any communication purportedly from sabet requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to sabet support immediately.
6.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings on sabet are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). sabet does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. sabet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability and any applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the sabet Payment page.
6.3 Deposits. All deposits into a sabet Account are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable Philippine consumer protection law or PAGCOR regulations. sabet reserves the right to decline any deposit for any reason, including where fraud is suspected.
6.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in the same name as the sabet Account from which the withdrawal is requested. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. 6.5 Verification Holds. sabet reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending KYC verification or investigation of suspected suspicious activity, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (Republic Act 9160, as amended).
6.6 No Interest. sabet does not pay interest on any funds held in a player's PHP Wallet. The sabet Platform is not a deposit-taking institution and does not operate as a bank or financial services provider.
7.1 sabet may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free play credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also known as a turnover or playthrough requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet amounts per round while a bonus is active will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Abuse and Fraud. sabet monitors account activity for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single-use promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to complete wagering requirements, and the systematic exploitation of any promotion structure. Where bonus abuse is identified, sabet reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
7.4 sabet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes to ongoing promotions will not reduce the value of bonuses already credited to a player's account.
7.5 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to other players or accounts.
8.1 Each game offered on the sabet Platform is governed by the individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game mechanics, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.
8.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on sabet — including slot games, RNG table games, Lucky Dice, and digital bingo — are powered by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). 10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any content from the sabet Platform without the prior written consent of sabet.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit sabet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit. sabet does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for your gambling decisions or their financial consequences.
12.1 sabet collects and processes personal data in accordance with the sabet Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and in compliance with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
12.2 By registering a sabet Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the sabet Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before completing registration.
12.3 sabet may share your personal data with PAGCOR, Philippine regulatory authorities, and financial intelligence units as required by applicable law, including in connection with anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
13.1 sabet is committed to responsible gaming practices. You acknowledge that the games available on sabet are intended for entertainment purposes and carry real financial risk. You accept personal responsibility for managing your gaming activity in a responsible manner.

14.1 sabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any sabet Account at its sole discretion for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to: providing false registration information, engaging in prohibited activities, failing to complete KYC verification, or for any other legitimate operational or regulatory reason.
14.2 Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms, sabet reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all funds held in the account's PHP Wallet, including both deposited funds and winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
14.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your sabet Account at any time by contacting sabet support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your PHP Wallet (after deduction of any void bonuses) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.4 sabet will retain your personal data following account closure for the period required by applicable Philippine laws, including PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the sabet Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and sabet, you agree to first contact sabet's player support team to attempt informal resolution. sabet will acknowledge your complaint within three (3) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
15.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits PAGCOR's authority to adjudicate disputes under its regulatory jurisdiction.
16.1 sabet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, sabet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the sabet Platform.
16.2 Your continued use of the sabet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure.
